This volume offers a rare collection of the watercolours done by Adolf Hitler. Scattered by war events and concealed in private collections that were often illegal, the watercolours were recovered in adventurous manner after the Second World War by the famous 'art detective', Rodolfo Siviero. The incredible gulf between the beauty of the landscapes reproduced and the crimes of the nazi leader are an occasion for reflecting on the dramatic contradictions of history.
